1. Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Corpus Technologies (“Corpus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you use Corpus on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or services.
2. The services
Corpus is a business AI automation layer. The first active product surface is sales and support conversation automation: ingesting customer conversations from channels and tools you authorize, evaluating intent and risk, creating reviewable AI drafts, applying safety checks, supporting human review and handoff, and recording audit trails.
Third-party channels and tools are connectors or integrations—not the Corpus product identity. Availability of features, waitlist access, and beta capabilities may change. We may offer the website and waitlist without providing full product access until we invite you or you enter a separate customer agreement.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and use Corpus only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for account credentials, operator permissions, and activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Waitlist and marketing site
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, timelines, or feature availability. Information on the marketing site—including product descriptions, screenshots, placeholder visuals, and roadmaps—is for general information and may change. It is not a warranty.
5. Customer content and conversations
You retain ownership of customer conversation content and other materials you submit or authorize us to ingest (“Customer Content”). You grant Corpus a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the services, including AI draft generation, safety checks, traces, reviews, and handoffs.
You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to provide Customer Content to Corpus and to use connected systems. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your customer communications and for configuring autonomy, review, and escalation policies appropriately.
6. AI outputs and human control
AI drafts and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Corpus is not a freestanding chatbot that autonomously speaks for your business unless your account policy explicitly enables outbound automation. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before they reach customers where review is required or recommended.
You must not rely on Corpus as the sole control for regulated, high-risk, or irreversible decisions without appropriate human oversight.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the services unlawfully, or to violate others’ rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
- Attempt to bypass account isolation, security controls, rate limits, or audit mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer the services except where applicable law prohibits this restriction.
- Upload malware, scrape the services without permission, or interfere with reliability.
- Misrepresent Corpus outputs as solely human-authored when disclosure is required by law or your policies.
- Use the services to send spam or deceptive messages.
8. Integrations
If you connect third-party services, your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Corpus is not responsible for third-party availability, security, or acts. You authorize us to exchange data with integrations as needed to provide the features you enable.
9. Intellectual property
Corpus and its trademarks, software, documentation, and branding are owned by Corpus or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Corpus marks except as needed to identify the services in good faith. Feedback you provide may be used by Corpus without obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality
Non-public information disclosed by either party that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential must be protected and used only to perform under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Fees
Paid plans, if offered, will be described in an order form or separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Marketing site pricing examples, if any, are illustrative only and not an offer.
12. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORPUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORPUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. CORPUS’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CORPUS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
14. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Corpus against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the services in violation of these Terms or law, or your integrations and customer communications—except to the extent caused by Corpus’s willful misconduct.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the website or waitlist at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity—will survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Corpus Technologies maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Corpus may seek injunctive relief in any venue to protect its intellectual property or security.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you have a separate negotiated customer agreement, that agreement controls over these Terms for the conflicting subject matter.
